PdfClerk is a secure desktop application for bundling & linking legal documents.

PdfClerk automatically converts document references to hyperlinks for easy referencing and look-up. For instance, the reference “Exhibit A, page 10” is converted to a link to page 10 in Exhibit A.

PdfClerk has powerful tools for working with metadata, bookmarks, and stamps. Binder structures and metadata can be imported and exported using Excel. Stamps can contain dynamic text and/or graphical elements.

PdfClerk can create customizable table of contents and indexes based on MS Word or HTML templates.
