What It Does

LDSOFT is a Brazilian software company focused on intellectual property management, with a line of SaaS products including Apol (its main IP management system), Webseek, Cashfy, Aquiles and Authora (for proof-of-use registration). It serves IP professionals and law firms, and has added a legal module aimed at broader legal-practice use. The product sits at the IP docketing / management and reporting stages of the workflow.

What We Found

LDSOFT was founded in 1993 and built its position around IP solutions in Brazil, with reporting that it serves more than 800 clients. In 2022 the company was acquired by Vela Software (part of the Constellation Software group), which was consolidating a lawtech vertical in Brazil.
