What it is
What It Does
Lexis Advance Quicklaw is the Canadian online legal research service from LexisNexis Canada. It provides access to Canadian case law, federal and provincial legislation, tribunal and board decisions, legal commentary, secondary sources, and the Halsbury’s Laws of Canada encyclopedia. It includes the QuickCITE case and statute citators for noting up authorities. It is part of LexisNexis and sits within the firm’s broader Canadian research line, which also includes Lexis+ Canada.
What We Haven’t Verified
- Current database record counts (the vendor cites figures such as 2.8M+ court and tribunal decisions)
- Pricing and package tiers — sold via subscription, not publicly priced
- This is a LexisNexis product, so firmographics belong to the parent vendor entry.
