What It Does

LitAgility provides software and services for patent litigation. Its tools help litigators load, manage and evaluate evidence and case strategy, and export claim charts in a few clicks. The vendor says its products have been developed through work on more than 600 patent projects and cases.

What We Found

In 2020, LitAgility entered a strategic partnership with SciTech Patent Art, an IP research and analytics firm, to serve clients across the US, EU and Canada. That partnership has produced patent-litigation tools branded BridgeIP and BridgeINDEX. LitAgility is associated with CaseSight, and Lawrence Collins is named as president of both LitAgility and CaseSight.
