What It Does

One Legal (onelegal.com) is a litigation support service for eFiling, process serving, and courtesy-copy delivery, focused on California and Nevada courts. The platform groups every order, document, and invoice tied to a case, pays court fees in advance, and bills with a single itemized invoice per transaction. It supports court-approved eFiling across all 58 California counties.

It has been part of InfoTrack since March 2020, when the global legal-technology company acquired it. One Legal was founded in 1990 and is based in Petaluma, California.

Who It’s For

The service is built for California and Nevada litigation practices — solo, small, and mid-size firms handling court filings and service of process. It is not relevant to firms outside those jurisdictions or to in-house teams that don’t file with the courts.
