What it is
What It Does
InfoTrack US is the United States arm of legal technology provider InfoTrack. It automates court filing tasks for law firms — electronic filing, process serving, document tracking and expense recovery — and integrates with major practice management systems including Clio, MyCase, Filevine, LEAP, NetDocuments and iManage. In April 2025 it launched InfoTrack Intelligence, a document-driven eFiling tool that reads a filing, extracts the data and populates the court form rather than relying on manual form entry.
What We Found
InfoTrack reports that pilot users cut eFiling time from around 10 minutes to 30 seconds and that firms switching to InfoTrack saw court rejection rates fall by roughly half. These are vendor performance claims we have not independently verified.
