Qorusdocs
What it is
What It Does
QorusDocs is proposal and RFP-response software for professional services firms. It helps teams assemble pitches, presentations, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, security questionnaires and statements of work from a single content library, with AI assistance for drafting and content reuse. It is not a dedicated legal tool, but its integrations with iManage and Litera Foundation point at a law-firm business-development audience, and it competes in the same proposal-automation category that large firms use for new-business work.
What We Found
QorusDocs began as a small team in Cape Town, South Africa, and is now headquartered in Bellevue, Washington. It raised $10M in 2022 (reported by GeekWire). The integrations page lists deep connections to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, iManage, Intapp DealCloud and Litera Foundation. We have not tested the product or found independent practitioner reviews from law firms specifically.
