It is not a dedicated legal tool, but its integrations with iManage and Litera Foundation point at a law-firm business-development audience, and it competes in the same proposal-automation category that large firms use for new-business work.

The integrations page lists deep connections to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, iManage, Intapp DealCloud and Litera Foundation.
