What It Does
Onna is a data collection and connector layer for eDiscovery and information governance. It connects to cloud collaboration tools — Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zendesk, Google Workspace and similar sources — and lets legal and compliance teams search, collect and export unstructured data from those systems in a defensible way. The product is most often used at the “left side” of the EDRM (the collection and preservation stage) before review.
What We Found
Onna was acquired by Reveal in May 2024. Reveal positions Onna as the data-collection component of its AI eDiscovery platform, available either as a standalone connector tool or integrated into the wider Reveal workflow. Reveal has acquired several products in recent years (including Logikcull), and Onna is one product within that group rather than an independent company.
